STRENGTH TRAINING

HIIT FITNESS

KIDS MARTIAL ARTS

ADULTS KUNG FU

MEET THE TEAM
Lee started Gorillas back in 2007 and has over 20 years experience in both Martial Arts & the Health & Fitness Industry. He is the head coach for both Martial Arts & Strength & Fitness. He is renowned for his style of teaching and will always make you sure you leave knowing you have worked your hardest.

He lives to help people and will do everything he can to see you succeed in life.

Tallie has been with Gorillas since 2013. You will often see her about in the office making sure we are all organised and on occasion she will step in to cover a few classes too (she will put you through your paces for sure)

She is a geek at heart and loves her weight training
TALLIE
Andrea has been with Gorillas since 2014. She is one of our senior coaches and is known as the 'Burpee Queen'. She looks after all of our members along with the rest of the team to ensure you get the best results possible.

She started Gorillas as a member herself and has had her own transformations. She fell in love with what we do and how we help people and has been with us ever since.
ANDREA
Cameron has been with Gorillas since 2016. He is one of our Senior Martial Arts Instructors and takes both our Adult and Childrens Martial Art Classes. 

He is trained in Wing Chun, Karate & Judo and is a huge Star Wars fan.
CAMERON
Lisa has been a coach with us since 2018. She is our little pocket rocket but don't let her stature fool you, she is one tough cookie.

She is the winner of the 2019 Pure Elite Fitness Wellness Category and is looking to take the trophy again this year!
Dani has been a coach with us since 2019. He brings an energy to the class you can't help but fall in love with.

He is an amateur boxer and know's how to take an awesome selfie.
Demi is the newest addition to the team this year. He is currently in the process of completing his Level 2 & Level 3 PT Qualifications and we are looking forward to seeing him grow.

He loves his weight training and can deadlift quarter of a ton!
