All of our classes incorporate a full body flexibility routine using a combination of movements drawn from Yoga, Qi Gong and Martial Arts. HIIT & Tabata MAX

What memberships are available?

We understand that each persons needs are different so our instructors create bespoke memberships designed to suit  your lifestyle. Whether you're looking to pay monthly with a rolling 30 day membership, or to reduce your monthly membership price with a 12-month  membership package, we've got something to suit you. I am really unfit will I be able to do the classes?

Don't worry, you don't have to already be fit to start our classes, Everyone has to start somewhere and that's why we don't have beginner/intermediate or advanced classes. All abilities are welcome in our classes & our instructors create workouts to suit everyone, If you are finding an element of the class a little too challenging the instructor will provide you with an alternative option to help build your ability.

Do I need to book in for each session?

No, you simply turn up to the sessions that work for you each week. You can swap and change the days and times you attend classes to suit your schedule and you don't even have to tell us in advance.

I have some medical issues will I be OK to train with you?

We work with a number of ladies who suffer from various medical issues ranging from hip replacements, fibromyalgia, hyper-mobility and lower back pain. As each ladies health requirements vary we would need to discuss your individual needs in more detail so would advise booking in for a Free Consultation with one of our instructors so they can advise you on the best way to proceed.

Can I bring a friend along with me?

Of course, we strongly believe that starting a new fitness journey with a friend helps you to stay on track as your friend won't let you skip out of a workout. Just get your friend to request the Free 7 Day Class Pass as well and when we contact them to arrange their first session just remind them to tell us you are friends.
